Refund Policy

We want you to try LazyEdits Ai with confidence. This page explains exactly when you can get your money back.
The 7-day, 30% rule
You can get a full refund if both of these are true:
- You ask for the refund within 7 days of your purchase date, and
- You have used no more than 30% of the tokens that came with your plan.
No refund is given if you have used more than 30% of the tokens, or more than 7 days have passed since your purchase.
What 30% means for each plan

Tokens used are counted from your token history in the app (for example exports, AI chat edits, LazyMotion, LazyIcons and voice features). The free daily minutes of the Free plan are not counted.
How to ask for a refund
- Email contact@lazyedits.com from the email address you use to sign in to LazyEdits Ai.
- Write “Refund request” in the subject, and tell us your plan and the purchase date.
- We check your purchase date and token history and reply with our decision, usually within a few working days.
What happens when we refund
- The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Your paid plan is cancelled and the remaining tokens are removed. Your account returns to the Free plan.
What is not refundable
- Purchases where more than 30% of the tokens were used, or more than 7 days have passed.
- Tokens that expired unused. Tokens have no cash value.
- Accounts closed because they broke our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
Mistakes on our side
If you were charged twice or the wrong amount by mistake, tell us and we will correct it. Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank, so we can fix it quickly.
Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be excluded.
